About Our Bed and Breakfast

Rancho Manzana has been operating as a private event venue and cooking school since 1992. The Bed and Breakfast was opened in 1995. We offer our B&B guests a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful, authentic rural setting.

A full breakfast is served each morning, with piping hot coffee or tea, orange juice, farm-raised eggs, heavenly pancakes, salsas, thick-sliced toast... Enjoy a hearty morning meal in our spacious country kitchen or weather permitting, outdoors on the deck, or under the ramada, overlooking the flower and vegetable gardens.

We try to use organic ingredients whenever possible and will cater to your dietary needs; whether you are vegetarian, vegan or if you have a gluten or lactose intolerance. Our scrumptious, large breakfasts will take you through the day.

Each room at Rancho Manzana has been carefully appointed. Light and airy, each has a queen size bed (one with a twin sofa sleeper), private bath with a shower and your personal deck overlooking the badlands. By Spring, we will have wireless internet access available in our guest rooms. Our rooms are located on a secluded area of the property; close to the hot tub and outdoor fire pit and have high ceilings and long distance views of the badlands. The walls are natural mud, the linens and towels are 100% cotton, and our comforters are down filled. Enjoy a relaxing soak in our hot tub or sit around the outdoor fire on a chilly night. Rancho Manzana is an "eco friendly" establishment; doing our part to preserve and protect the land.
