Cooking School

Our cooking classes are offered during the spring, summer and fall, providing you and your friends the opportunity to experience the cuisine of New Mexico. Customize you own cooking class; specify the cuisine and tailor it to your personal level of expertise. We have a wide variety of regional, national and international chefs to choose from. Classes feature our own Rancho Manzana produce and range from traditional Southwestern fare to modern spins on old classics. We are now scheduling classes for the 2008. Book a class from 8-20 people. Classes generally last 3 hours and include a wonderful meal served in either our spacious kitchen or outdoors under the ramada. Beginner and experienced cooks are always welcome.

Prices begin at $75.00 per person for a minimum of 8 people and increase based on menu and notoriety of the chef.

This year we hope to have a bountiful crop to begin our new Farmers Market at Rancho Manzana. The expert farmers from Gemini Farms - seen below plowing the fields with their two trusty friends - will be supplying their gourmet vegetables for our new "Farm to Table" cooking classes, which will be offered once a month July - September.  Check back for dates and times.
