Events and Weddings


Rancho Manzana also functions as a full-service special occasion reception facility. Serving both small and large groups outdoors in the warmer months and small groups indoors during the cooler months. Numerous private parties, dinners, corporate events and weddings, have been hosted here at Rancho Manzana. For the past 10 years we have hosted an event for the annual Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta, and will do so again this year.

The outdoor setting is magnificent, especially during the summer and fall. Guests are always enchanted by the surroundings. For a large party we can accommodate groups as large as 125 people or we can design an intimate dinner for a small group. A summer meal served outdoors under the ramada is a truly magical experience. We have access to a number of professional caterers and can assist you in planning all your special occasions - large or small. We can also assist in the coordination for floral arrangements, babysitting and transportation services, and more.

WEDDINGS
Every wedding is customized to the special needs and requirements of the bride and groom. Prices vary depending upon the number of people attending, the length of time the facility is to be used and how involved you would like our staff to be in the planning of your event. Wedding ceremonies are generally held in the apple orchard, with a reception on the surrounding 4 acres. We allow live music, however in consideration of our neighbors, we request that music stop by 10:00 PM. We have a large parking area that can accommodate a full-size motor coach as well as private vehicles. We do not have an indoor facility large enough to handle large groups, and as a precaution, we request that a portion of the outdoor reception area be tented. During the spring, summer and fall in New Mexico, we tend to experience rain showers in the afternoons.

Base Price for an 8 hour period
1-50 People $600.00
51-75 People $1000.00
76-100 People $1500.00
100+ People $2200.00
 
  An additional fee of $150 per hour will be charged for events lasting more than 8 hours. "Hours" begin with set-up and end with the break-down of all equipment and rentals.

A $200.00 deposit is due upon reservation confirmation and the balance of payment is due two weeks prior to the date of the event.
