During Your Stay
During your stay, you will have access to the entire four acre property, including the pond, apple orchard, and you can enjoy outside dining under the vine covered ramada. Upon request, we are happy to provide wood for a bonfire in the fire pit. We have ample parking and can easily accommodate touring vehicles. Safely store bikes, ski equipment, and camping gear on the premises during your excursions.
Access to Outside Amenities
There are limited services in the country—no grocery stores, no fast food, no gas stations and only one restaurant. Please plan accordingly!
Weddings and Events
Rancho Manzana is a beautiful place to exchange your vows under the lush canopy of the apple trees. Have a catered reception accompanied by music provided by one of many of the fine local musicians or DJ’s in the area.
It's magical! As mother-of-the-bride I must say no greater joy than the happiness of our wedding couple celebrating their marriage at Rancho Manzana.
Sharing the Property
Sharing the property are three friendly dogs and roaming cats, a full time renter, and myself, the owner operator.
Feel free to say hi if you see us! We have been happily hosting guests here for 25 years. We will give you space while you are here, but are available if you should need anything at all, including local recommendations.
There may be other guests staying in one of our other short term rentals while you are here, we ask that you be respectful of their time here.

Policies
RESERVATION POLICY:
Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance of check-in.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellations are accepted until 5 days prior to your check-in date.
MINIMUM STAY:
CASITAS: 2 night minimum
ADODE DEL CERRO LOFT: 4 night minimum

We love your kids, however due to insurance restrictions, we are only able to accommodate children 12 years old and older.
PETS:
We love animals, too, but please leave your pet at home. We have plenty here for you to enjoy. They are not allowed in the guest rooms but they are a definite presence here on the property.
